Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition as delivered.
The product must be returned in its original packaging.
A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or installation.
Customised or made-to-order products.
Items returned without original packaging.
Products purchased during clearance sales or special promotions.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment.

Replacement Policy

In case of a damaged or incorrect product, customers may opt for:

A replacement product (subject to availability), or
A full refund to the original payment method.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).
In case of an error on our part, return shipping will be arranged and covered by BU Tribe.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your order number.
